Manning has been probably the premier QB in the league, but he is 36 and has had a number of serious injuries that makes him a little fragile. Tebow could learn a lot from Manning. Time will tell if Tebow develops into a great QB in addition to being a great leader, but if Denver trades him, they'll need to find another QB in the next two years.
