Should the US detain chinese sympathizers into detention camps like the Japanese in WWII?
And note I am not speaking simply of ethnics/race, I am talking about frothing China supporting protesters like Twatter.
Should they be rounded up and incarcerated until the end of hostilities when China is forced to sign a surrender, or does freedom reign supreme even when its a threat?
What say you?

You actually think America wouldn't round up all "Asian Americans" in the case of an all out war with China?
The funny thing is that they'd probably be tossed into reservations with the Injuns, and then survive while all the whites and their cotton pickers were nuked into radioactive puddles of lard

It's a good question. It's not something we've had to consider in a long time because we never go to war with countries of significance.
There would be so many China sympathizers that we wouldn't have nearly enough law enforcement agents to monitor them.

Yep. It would pretty much be the whole world on the Chinese side, considering China would never go on the offensive.

I think instead of rounding them up - we just have a casting call and have a reality show of nothing but Chinese sympathizers.
Obviously just by living here they fully understand that America is ten times better than China ever could be. But they would feel this uncontrollable desire to support China.
Just imagine a TV with 30 or 50 Twatters just trying to out do each other? Just have twitter interaction so that people can say random things and then watch them kill each over trying to respond.

if war broke out with China, would the chinese people even know?
oh btw mr. China, was there a coup attempt two nights ago? Obviously there is no media there to report on stuff, but the market sure seemed to support the rumors. A major shakeup is certainly coming that will either increase or decrease the chances of a conflict with the United States.
Of course when this happens, they will just pull the plug on the internet and we won't actually know what is going on in China.
