Drill more, lower gas prices?

I filled up one of my tanks at $3.79 this morning. I went out for lunch and saw it at $3.83 at the same station. People are getting annoyed.
Who do you think they will take that out on?

Keystone XL will make gas more expensive for the US. The US just gets the benefits of a handful of jobs maintaining the pipeline.
And to ship to the Pacific, Canada has to dig a pipeline through the Rocky Mountains and build a bunch of refineries at one of the Pacific coast port cities. Good luck with that.
