 Sure you don't. DPW = Department of Public Works. But as I said you know more than I do. Atheist take care of road safety issues. Not the people paid to do so.
In my neck of the woods DPW is the Department of Public Welfare and they don't handle roads. The Department of Transportation does that.
Same and Florida has DoT if memory serves as well... Never heard of DPW...

I said they did it to troll religious people. You claimed... They obviously did it for safety reasons - dumping a bunch of oil on the road is unsafe and effing retarded..

So am I wrong or right? Did they do both? If so why did you argue with me? Why didn't you just say yeah and they did it because oil on the road is unsafe?
Were you upset because as an Atheist I wasn't supporting this? Or just to argue for the sake of arguing? I am a little confused after your last post.
