Great discussions with my co-workers this morning. The viruses affecting bees, sonar affecting whales and dolphins, evolution, super volcanos, ghosts and then bam - GW.
All of a sudden I have to bite my tongue.
It's sad that a scientific theory has taken on almost religious connotations.
"Huge drought in X-place. Global warming."
Bite my tongue.
"Look how hot it is right now. Early spring. Global warming."
Bite my tongue.
"Look at the huge amount of storms we've had compared to the past. Global Warming."
Bite my tongue.
Nothing they mention is outside the norm but anything they see - global warming.

MMGW is real. Just what effects it is having and what, if anything, should be done about is debatable.
Your co-workers are probably being dumb by assigning everything outside the norm to MMGW.

You should tell your co-workers hard proof is now showing a specific family of pesticides are the likely culprit in the bee problem. A group in Italy matched the use of a specific and widely used pesticide to the beginning of EUs appearance of colony collapse. It is a used on corn. EU approved it or use in 98-99 and not long after the colony collapse syndrome started to show up.
