We're talking about the issue and it lends to their talks about gas prices and Obama not doing enough.
The pipeline is getting put in almost no matter what. But the GOP gets another bit of ammo to use at Obama and it's one they made up.

This pipeline isn't going to do crap for Gas prices. If anything it's going to make them go up...

I know it's not going to do anything for gas prices. That's not the point. That's not why this was brought up and made into an issue. This was an issue to hit Obama with. It's being used to play politics and it's clearly working because we've got chuckleheads talking about how terrible this is for Obama either unaware or not that this is a framing to make him look bad no matter what.

He'll be making campaign speeches in a few months, his true gift, at which point it will all be a wash and he'll come out looking like the reasonable broker between the environmentalists and the drill-baby-drill crowd. Both sides will probably be pissed, but the center may appreciate the gesture and they're the ones with value to him really.

Not only that, but natural gas is cheaper than oil, so you could reduce you gas bill by 30-40% with a natural gas powered engine. Way to go Westport.
looks like to me there is going to be a lot of oil dumping on the word market looking bad for Saudi Arabia by reduce you gas bill by 30-40% with a natural gas powered engine

When Obama talked about helping the economy the only jobs he talked about creating were green jobs. The objections against this are all because he doesnt want to anger his environmentalist masters who pay his bills
