Nope, casual for me is not wearing tie and cufflinks to work.
Same well minus the cuff links. I don't like the fit of french cuff shirts.
When I was an employee I found myself wearing a lot of jeans and such on Fridays but now that I am the business owner I don't dress down much. /shrug
