my place of employemnt is casual every day, but i like to take it one step further on fridays and wear mah flip flops

It's casual here everyday too.. The only time I suit up is when the CEO comes down. Last time we wore the same suit.. well almost the same. He was like " I don't know much about you, but I do know your taste in suits is impeccable".

I have an assortment of them.. Mostly silver and discrete. Totally useless unless you have a button down shirt with french cuffs.
