He didn't die.
In fact all he got were first degree burns, which are not even as serious as a sun burn. No blisters. It's sort of hard to believe he was doused in gasoline and had his head set on fire and that's all he got. Actually, I don't believe it. At all. I imagine others came to the same conclusion.
Not really important, I'm no expert on burns or the severity of them if your head is doused in gas then set on fire. I suppose it's entirely possible that having your face burning while covered in gas would result in only minor reddening and pain. The real issue is...he isn't dead and cops didn't let the people who killed him go without charging them because they claimed he was attacking them and they feared for their lives.

I've seen nothing but speculation for racism, CNN plays this story all day, "there are reports that a racial slur was used on the 911 tapes" but the transcripts would be everywhere if this was true, all I see as "facts" are it's cops don't have enough evidence to do anything. Personally I think this guy wanted to chase the kid off, got his ass kicked and started shooting.
I'm gonna go wear a hoodie today and pretend it will make a difference to a murdered kid.

I find what he is saying to be more than a little sucpicious...but I should wait and see what happens.

lol...funny..I didn't see any tapes or transcripts of what happened in your original post either but you seem convinced that happened? and then you make fun of people championing the cause of a murdered kid while you champion the cause of a kid that got first degree burns.
BTW:That kind of bias is part of the racism you don't think really exists.

First degree chemical burns if he was not lit on fire - yeah, not just possible but even probable.
If the gasoline was lit on fire - no way in hell, it would have been second degree in 1-5 seconds, depending on what kind of gasoline it was.

This is what I was thinking. I suspect the story is made up.
Either he's covering for something he did that he shouldn't have or he's just an attention whore.
