Wish I could remember my username. No idea what e-mail address I was using back then.
EDIT: Guess it doesn't matter, I don't even see Saryrn on the server list.

I logged back in about a week ago, basically ran my gnome wizard around PoK for a bit, gated back to Ro and checked out Freeport. Hard to believe they still haven't updated the graphics in all this time.
One nice thing about F2P in EQ vs. F2P in EQ2 - they didn't reduce your inventory slots to near nothing, so those of us with older characters don't have to buy more slots before we can even start playing.

I logged in but couldn't find any toons on the servers. I had not thought that the server I was on could be deleted! I do not even remember the server name.
Where's Mo? I bet he can remember the server name.

All of the old servers were merged, so even if you knew the name it wouldn't help unless you were one of the 10% that kept their name or if you can figure out where it merged to. Somehow, all of my toons' names were preserved in the merges, even though my server (Innoruuk) doesn't exist anymore.

Apparently the last place I had camped in was Kelethin...logging my ranger in and hearing that Kelethin music again was pretty nostalgic.
Nothing has changed except for the lack of corpse piles at the bottom of the elevators.

The tutorial zone thing for new players they added made me want to tear my eyes out. I want my stomped-to-death-by-Fippy-Darkpaw-nostalgia-fix, not some half-assed WoW knock-off quest chain that practically throws free levels at you.
