I bought an ibuypower pc a few years ago through newegg. It ran ok for a few weeks and then the MB died. That kind of stuff happens and I've been pretty lucky over the years, but my main complaint with them was how painfully unhelpful the company's support staff were and how intentional it felt. Things may have changed, but with all the options available, I probably won't go back to them.
It helps that I have a TigerDirect store near me, so I tend to get things through them if the prices are decent. I am old fashioned enough (and impatient enough) to appreciate a bricks and mortar store for returns and repairs, etc.
I ended up replacing the MB myself at cost and gave the system to my sister's kids. It has run well since then, although if only runs with the tower laying out its side. I couldn't find any loose connections or points of contact that caused that, but I didn't struggle with it since they were fine laying it down anyhow.
