This is one of those companies that user reviews range from "OMG THEY ARE HORRIBLE" to "Hey my computer is GREAT!".
They DO have some of the best prices. This thing I configured is pretty awesome:

I may need a new comp and may not be able to wait until Black Friday (when I was originally intending on getting one).
I don't want to break the bank and I'm too lazy to make one.
Does this company suck that much? What company doesn't suck?

You're not a noob. Find more reviews. I don't see a problem with Ibuypower or Cyberpower any more than anyone else. Buy from Newegg...if you have a problem you're covered.

When I was to lazy to build my computers I had them make one. It was a terrible experience.

Apparently they touched Thug's no no place....but is that really such a bad thing?
I see several of their machines on newegg with high ratings. ANd of course you can check Toms Hardware.

It worked for a couple of days before the OS died. Sent the machine back, at my expense they returned the machine three weeks later. The DVD didn't work. Apparently ensuring things are connected properly wasn't a high priority.

transport and Shipping cause vibration, vibration causes disconnects. First thing you should always do when you receive electronics via shipment is to make sure everything is still plugged in...

You had a problem with them building your computer? Dang, that sucks. Building a computer is one of the simplest things you can do IMO. Its cake.

I am too lazy to make a cake, too. I buy cakes.
I am not a newb but spending $$$ always makes me a'twitter. I'm hoping my current box can live towards a solid sales time (e.g., Black Friday) but it is having issues.
