That picture is a mug shot for something he got arrested for 5 yrs prior. Zimmerman wasn't arrested or guilty of anything according to the police yet the media still used a 5 yr old mug shot to show the evil hispanic killer in the media instead of a more recent photo. For all this guilt being tossed around and fed involvement its kinda surprising he hasnt been arrested yet. Wonder what the evidence is showing so far thats keeping him free all this time

Oh don't get me wrong. I think Zimmerman should be investigated and arrested. All indications are that he was harassing an innocent kid. The big outstanding question is what crime should he be convicted of. Should it be murder or something less.

All I know is that when (and it will) this finally works its way through the courts, there is little hope for there to be anything but Rodney King style riots if the verdict is anything but guilty for Zimmerman...
If I were that dude, I'd be trying to see about careers overseas in non-extradition countries.

CNN was publicly asking Zimmerman or his representation to provide them with other pictures acknowledging on air that was the only photo they could find on the day the story was released.
Not only that Zimmerman has at least 4 arrest for violent crimes including assault on a police officer,the picture doesn't portray him unfairly

Bias and fairness aren't the same thing. If he's a murderer then the fair thing would be to hang him in the town square.
The fact that the mug shot is biasing is unrelated to his guilt or innocence.

You left out the first part that demonstrated there was no bias and that the picture shown was due to a lack of variety of pictures available.

Because mug shots are the only place the media can get pictures? They came up with a picture of Trayvon that wasn't a mug shot.
