There is more but those three would fix the majority of the problems with cost and affordability. None of these are in the Obama bill. The Obama bill is about power and control, not healthcare.

Point 1 - Not sure what you mean.
Point 2 - This was for the insurance companies. I agree with this point.
Point 3 - Cap lawyer fees should be applied to all lawsuits. Limiting class action suits would just drive more people to sue individually. Most class action lawsuits only make the lawyers big money. The injured party often only gets a fraction of what they might deserve.
As for power and control, I agree that if the original bill, with single payer and other components, was passed it would have been much better. The power and control can from the GOP's crippling the bill. In any case, there are still good parts of the bill. There are not about 400,000 21 - 26 year olds that are now covered by insurance that were not.
