1. Make the tax breaks individual not company.
2. Make so a person can get insurance offered in another state.
3. Cap lawyer fees and limit class action suits.
There is more but those three would fix the majority of the problems with cost and affordability. None of these are in the Obama bill. The Obama bill is about power and control, not healthcare.
