I had an experirnced hunter with me explaining what to look for. I found the only 3 of the morning.
i just cooked them up. OH MY GOD!

They're tasty. When I was a lad, we'd go morel hunting when down on the farm.

i have uncles and a grandpa that gather them every year...they freeze dry the few we don't eat....they are simply the best shroom ive ever eaten
