I take a lozenge every day and use nutritional yeast, sea wees and Chlorella as sources.

I'd rather eat pink slime burgers.

That's a tougher issue. Animals like fish and cattle for example have B12 available in their tissues due to the fact that they consume plants, for cattle however the microorganism in their gut produce B12 during the fermentation of the plants they are eating. These plants roots' have a symbiotic relationship with bacteria and microorganisms that produce the B12 taken up by the plants' roots. Due to this B12 varies in consistency across plants, specifically sea vegetables like kelp and nori, but nutritional yeast is also a decent source but also varies in concentration.

It was a "gotcha" which is why I did a ... and nothing you posted is accurate.

B12 does not vary in consistency across plants, at least in any form we give a crap about, because B12 doesn't exist in plant material in any form we can metabolize. We cannot obtain B12 from plant material. Period.

The only natural source of the vitamin is by eating animal proteins (including dairy) because B12 is the waste product produced by the busy little bacteria in our tummy, and that bacteria is monogamously carnivorous.

This is why you eat a "lozenge" (read: Vitamin pill) because there is no possible way to get any B12 from plants.

You are wrong about B12 is plant material, it exists in sea vegetables due to the symbiotic relationship with microorganisms on their root systems. It also exists in nutritional yeast. Do your research bud Thing about B12 in sea plants is it is an 'analogue' which are not as bio-available as active cobalamin types of B12 so you are partially correct I just play it safe and take methylcobalamin lozenges..

You might try doing the same.

There is no plant-based source of B12 on this planet. It is literally bacterial crap produced by symbiotic bacteria living in our intestine, and that bacteria only digests meat and animal proteins.

The "nutritional yeast" you refer to has had the B12 added to it you dimbulb - precisely because it is the one vitamin/mineral you cannot possibly get through a strictly vegan diet.

If you want to tell me the seaweed you eat has been fortified with B12 that's one thing. If you try to tell me it exists in a free form naturally within that seaweed, that's crap, and you'll need to cite a source.
