True but the fats in sesame seeds are healthy fats unlike that in milk. Agreed that if you are trying to drop weight it may not be a great idea to eat a ton of these but they are extremely healthy for you..
Remember not all fats are created equal.

I don't care about the nutritional content of food. That's why god made vitamins.

Interesting. Years ago a friend of mine had to pass a stone. (It is an excruciating experience...) According to his doctor brother, it is calcite's that contribute to Kidney stone production (or that is the way I remember the conversation anyway). I don't know if any of those things listed are contributors but supposedly Broccoli is one of them and my friend was a big Broccoli eater.

Problem with vitamins is that they are very poorly absorbed by our guts, a waste of money imo..

That's a tougher issue. Animals like fish and cattle for example have B12 available in their tissues due to the fact that they consume plants, for cattle however the microorganism in their gut produce B12 during the fermentation of the plants they are eating. These plants roots' have a symbiotic relationship with bacteria and microorganisms that produce the B12 taken up by the plants' roots. Due to this B12 varies in consistency across plants, specifically sea vegetables like kelp and nori, but nutritional yeast is also a decent source but also varies in concentration.
I take a lozenge every day and use nutritional yeast, sea wees and Chlorella as sources.
