If i won its too much for me to spend alone. Id give most of it away. Pay off debt, and my families debt and set up something for the future of my kids and family, set some aside, get a house built for us and give the rest away.

I would take the lump sum and then do a lot. I would first by the Maserati I always wanted. Set up a college fund (used solely for college) for my future grand kids and their children and so on. Then retire and relax.

I'de set up a tuition fund for all my family and friends, so they and their kids can go to whatever university/college/institute of higher learning they would want to go.
