You never know when you are going to run into a potential sex partner that has the creeping ghoulies, the heebie jeebies, cooties or whatever else the futz they have out there. Some people just dont care about other people. They feel I ve got it why dont you. At a bare minimum : Never have unprotected sex without a complete diagnostic set of tests.
This, imo, is greatest argument for monogamy.

You NEVER know what another person is thinking. And what appears fine on the outside may be internally threatening. These STDs have been around since the beginning of time. I think the real danger are people with genital herpes. Many of these people hide this and think it is common, which it is. However, it is completely irresponsible to have sex with anyone without disclosing you have an incurable disease. There is also this new papaloma virus. I truly feel sorry for younger people having to deal with this. But this is a real problem. Thinking you can tell by looking or it wont happen to you is just not true.

I really believe a lot of people dont even know they have STDs. I wonder if that woman who wanted unprotected sex with me knew if she did or not. She didnt even want to test herself for them. Stupid

haha is there a earlier story i am missing?
early on before things got really serious with my fiance i was a bit of a dog and slept with this other girl. It was protected sex (well the gobby wasnt)but about a week later i got some candida infection which i thought was an STD. freaked me right out, the first thing i did was google "red spots on penis" which wasnt a great idea.
when i went to the doctor she took 1 look and said nope nothing to worry about.

Yeah, I know, flavored etc.
My only experience with this was way back in middle school. Girl I slept with was banging some dude immediately after the last time I slept with her, and apparently he had chlamydia. So lucky I didn't get his sloppy seconds. I didn't even know for a few weeks afterward, and I got REALLY paranoid. Fortunately for me, I didn't have a way to search for symptoms and treatments to freak myself out.
