I once got flamed by Ken Karl, lead developer of AC2, when I criticized his game. That was epic. I thought I had PM'ed it to someone...
*sniff* I will miss you VN. 
I also have a PM from Archangel, warning me about personal attacks lol.

LOL.
I played GemStone. I had one of the oldest clerics in the game and put more hours into that game than any other, before or since. Played from 1989 to 2002 or so.
Oh, and I have a couple of PM's from archangel as well. Sad he was a Navy guy, but then....I served with a lot of psychopathic jerks in the Navy.

The most epic PM I ever got was on another forum, from Don Murphy, who sent me a PM of a picture of poop in a bowl.

Aha, I like reading through old PM's. I really pissed some people off back in the day. One guy made an account just to swear at me and another guy, both in PM's and in public.
Another guy once offered to buy my VN account, because he didn't want to waste time posting to get the big number and stars next to his name.
Then there's all the guild drama from AC1 and DAoC...

I once had an altercation with a poster who was posting from NASA.
I responded with "well if you're an example of a NASA employee it's no wonder the mars mission crashed." (Right about the time that mars mission crashed into mars because of a conversion failure.)

Back when they had the other merge when everyone's names went $$$$$needs merge someone invited a program that would download all your PMs to read. That was years ago though.
