I don't think you understand game theory. Could you explain which part exactly suggests your theory? Because I don't think winning is ever a bad option in a direct one on one game, and I don't think using a third party as my attack creates more repercussions for me. I also don't think Game Theory states you should allow attacks to go unanswered.

According to game theory you won - plain and simple. There are no repercussions. The 'repercussion' in this scenario was you calling ICE on an illegal who tried to snitch you out. She should have kept her illegal trap shut.
