How does it go to trial without a Grand Jury? I think it's fundamental American right to have a Grand Jury to determine if there is enough evidence to go to trial. Without a GJ, there is no trial.
Grand juries are a Federal requirement, not a State requirement. They aren't even used in over half the States.

Yep. We are still stuck at square one waiting to hear if there is anything that hasn't been leaked. Then the Civil trial.
