Ex-husband got game in Dec '99 for his bday from best friend who was in beta. I created my toon in Jan 2000, longest I have been away from game has been 7 months, I will always return to this game. No other game compares.

Missed beta, started first week it went retail. Havent really played since pkl patch, but thinkin about startin up again

Hmmm ... Labour Day weekend 2001 I created my first toon, after MUCH "mom ya gotta try this game!" from my son. I'd always played single player games, AC was really my first adventure into an online game. We finally were able to get DSL in April, and it's made AC a new game for me all over again LOL (did what I could with dial up, but ...). Haven't really taken any breaks in all that time - too much in AC I still haven't done!
