I'll try that thanks. I don't think it will help, but why not. It crashes at the re-name screen as I backspace out the symbols they put at the end of the name that needs changing.
Strange bug. Happened on two toons with real long names. None of the many many other toons I transfered had a problem.
It happens when names are over the max# of characters (when you have a duplicate name)
and they add the #### at the end. It makes the names too long and the system freezes up.
Great work by the janitor programming the name change option. I had 5 characters named all Littleblondechick and every single one had to be hand renamed by a CSR in game.
It was great of him to put a warning on my account and change my molvik SB named Lezbo at the same time they fixed some of my other characters.
