Revert back to the original Leirvik map. That BG was tons of fun and constant action. I would even roll toons for it.

I'm not gonna say it has Molvik or Thid level action, but lately (since the Aurulite quests) I have seen some decent numbers in Killaloe (Level 15-19 RR1L2) and to an even lesser extent Claret (Level 11-14). You won't come across anything huge but will be able to find some small-man group action and even be able to solo fairly effectively. The keep changes hands often enough as well...

Molvik (Level 35-39 RR2L9)is probably the highest right now for good, solid action at just about anytime (after Beatboxin and Keeper take the keep early morning U.S. time it dies down a bit.)

Thid (Level 20-24 RR1L4)is pretty good too; mids almost always have ck though so try'n find a good roaming group.

I really haven't been to the other BGs lately...well other than for the Cathal Weekends a little while back.

I had a similar experience. I'm recently returned and started fresh in order to get reacquainted with the game... I leveled in Claret and Killaloe and did see some enemy players.

We had enough albions questing at the same time that we were able to take the CK in Killaloe, there was no opposition from enemy realms, though we did encounter some hibs/mids while questing. It wasn't an appreciable number though, just occasional one or two here and there. On more than one occasion we didn't even engage one another as it was pretty obvious everyone was just there to get the quests and get out.

Thidranki is really the first place to see dedicated BG RvR action. I haven't spent any time in the current Molvik yet, but Thidranki was really fun. I'm going to be leveling a buffbot and some alts for Thidranki when I'm not able to find a decent big boy RvR group.

I for one like the slower casting and everything that goes along with the RvR in the BG's... especially as a returning player. It slows things down a little bit and allows me to relearn some of my own skills, and the enemy classes as well.

Besides Thid and Molv, I've rolled toons for Demon's Breach (lvl 5-10 dungeon) and Killaloe (lvl 15-19 BG). I have ADD when it comes to DAoC I suppose.

Molvik is the best RvR in DAoC.
