I voted Heretic. It's a newer class so you may not have played it. Anyway you have tons of options, solo/small man/group and then you can either go heal or dps spec.
Last I checked, heretics get dps and heals in the same spec line (rejuv).

Does Albion do well in RvR?
What do you mean by well?
Have some great 8mans? Yes.
Zerg like it's nobodies business? Oh yes.
Have many solo players? In a way yes, because a 'solo' alb's about half a group.
Saying that; I'd suggest Albion, you can get a grp in no time and you will NEVER be the underpopulated realm (which doesn't sound good, but after playing hib for a while... having mids and albs everywhere gets old when you can't even get a moderately even fight (+/- a few people).
Mid you can get grps sometimes as well, Hib always seemed to be the hardest, mostly grps rolling that are set.
Heretic it is! Also, I hardly played Albion. It was Guinevere/Midgard, then Mordred, then Merlin/Hibernia. I'm getting excited about playing a whole new class. And Inconnu is best?
What I mean is does Albion run 8 mans or zergs often and win against Midgard or Hibernia during fights? It seems that Midgard has always controlled 4 relics and have a keep and like 6 towers from Albion.

If a Heretic puts points into Rejuvenation then those baseline spells become stronger? I haven't played in like 3 years probably.
Also, how should I spec at 24 (Thid), 39 (Molvik), and 50?

Well I meant more of a MDPS type of role like being a Reaver.

Heretics are tons of fun; I enjoyed mine (although I can't stand Albion, so never really played it for any kind of time).
Best thing about the Tic IMO is you have MANY valid specs:
Caster/Healer
- Normal
- Caster Hunter
Melee
Hybrid (A bit tougher to template and spec).
http://daoctb.sourceforge.net/Charplan__EN.htm <--- should be a tool you're playing with at all times.

OK, if I go Albion I will make a Heretic.
I won't go Hibernia because that was the realm I played the most back in the day.
Now if I choose Midgard I'll make a Warlock.

My vote went for Mentalist, only because they are under represented in the game. They need some love.
