Just a quick word on templating, one of the fastest ways to learn the game is to make your own templates. It'll take a long time to learn and you'll have absolutely no idea where to start, but you'll thank yourself later.

Dont worry too much about artifacts. Gem of lost memories and orions belt are amazing for leveling. But the rest of em, there really arent too many essential ones. I find that I rarely use them since the /use timers are 15 minutes. And they usually have HORRIBLE utility numbers compared to dragon loot.


Whats nice about these days, is that you can make a template and easily get almost every single item. Either its going to be dragon stuff (you farm dragon scales), or artifacts and master levels (you farm glass), and now I believe The caer sidi and other epic zones even have items to farm that you use to buy the armor.


The only items that are still hard to come by and cost alot are astral and labyrinth items. And these are by no means essential.


So good luck, enjoy those free levels every 5 days. And remember to log out in your capital city. You build up more rest experience here than anywhere else. Ive seen it in action while leveling. I will level way quicker than my uncle that didnt log out in the city.

One more thing about artifacts, at 50 there are some artifacts that are fairly easy to get solo and so I'd recommend them while you wait on finishing up the rest of your template. Depending on class you could go for Kalare's Necklace or Harpy Feather Cloak.

If you need any help making templates I could help you out a lot. Heck I'd be willing to even make you one, and yes custom making templates is the best route as it will truly suit your playstyle. You just gotta figure out your Must haves, your wants and then your not neccessary stuff. Like for example, some people MUST max out every resist, while some people are fine with gimping certian resists a few points if that means other areas of the template are better, like more duration or a specific /use (Bracer of Zo for example)
