Anyone remember the email address for the Billing services at EA/Mythic ?

Being from Europe, it's easier for me to send them an email.

My DAoC account is closed since some months... but my bank account got charged for one month subscription in november and december...

while my account is still showed as closed.

you'll probly end up having to call them anyways.. most companies wont discuss billing info and accounts via email.

If it is on a credit card, call your credit card company and tell them you want to dispute these charges. CC companies do most of the work.

If you used a debit card....it is all on you unfortunately. You will find little to no help :\ this is why for things like this (especially after Mythic's billing blunder) CC > Debit Card

There was a thread about this a while ago when people got billed.

If you check the herald you still might find out what to do exactly but I can't find the link anymore

i hate when people always give fradulent advice...

if he subscribed, and gave mythic permission, (wich he admits he did) then he cannot have the creditcard/bank reverse the charges because that is fraud... he agreed to pay it in the first place.

if he just "thought" he canceled the account, and didnt.. thats not mythics fault, or the credit card company's fault.. its his fault.. and he is responsible for the charges.. disputing them is fraud and could get him thrown in jail..

many years back i worked for AOL's billing department, dealt with alot of people that got advice like people are trying to give in here.. and got charged with fraud when they disputed valid charges

is you signup for a service, and agree to pay.. you are responsible wether you use that service or not... its on you.

so before commiting fraud by disputing them... try to work with the vendor....
