Mythic should come up with a fix for this. We should not have to do something that they could consider "illegal" to play the game.
Everyone should send feedback to mythic!

Obvious memory leak. Just have to keep restarting the game until Mythic fixes it. It is most likely a line or two of code where someone forgot to free the memory and might affect ATI more than NVIDIA for some reason.
If it happens only in RvR, then Mythic can check any changes recently made in the frontier or in code typically used for spell, and effects while fighting in RvR.

Any signs on a fix to this yet, it also seems to only effect people with windows vista and 7, dont really want to downgrade from windows 7 to windows XP,

Did you recently go out and get a Windows update? If so, find out what updates were downloaded, that might be helpful in that if you know what was downloaded you could probably find out which one of the updates may have cause the problem.
I have been told this was due to a Windows update. I'm just not sure which one.
Also, if you did do a Windows update, your computer most likely has a restore point dated before that update. You could always roll back to an earlier restore point.
