I actually laughed out loud while in game just now ............
I double cast on a Cave Trow.
2 seconds later both nukes go off at the same time.
Then I catch another spike for a couple of seconds.
When the spike clears the Trow runs through me interrupting my cast.
I /face it and begin to cast but he has already cast his dots which iterrupts me.
I kite it off (dot wears off) as I begin to nuke it again, without even going through the animations I am dotted again
rofl.
It has went beyond aggravating, it's moved on to being just stupid.

The performance of the game has gone way down, I don't know what happened.
I used to be able to run 3 accounts np on my computer ( I know I know it's illegal now, but I'm just illustrating a point)
now I lag running my main + bot
it's really irritating

No, but you see revamping the RR5's are MORE important than fixing these unplayable lag issues!
EA has either cut the line bandwidth down or has cut down on hardware SO MUCH that the remaining hardware can't handle more than 1 person in an area! And even that is an adventure!
been playing almost 9 years and this is by far the worst lag ever!
edit: i was actually just in molvik, been playing all morning and it got so bad, that i was running from the mpk and then i was dead, with noone around! When i looked at the damage spam, i was hit by 4 hibs and when i died there were NONE in the area! So i did a /gc release and logged off!
The people working on lag fixes aren't the same people working on RR5 abilities in all likelihood. They aren't mutually exclusive.
fine. Furlough the people who can't fix the lag, hire a consultant who can. the rest of the work is a distraction and further goobering up a spaghetti code.

being a programmer like others here, i can attest to the fact that when programmers who do NOT know the code and how it works, when they make changes and or add things they can screw stuff up REAL easy!
Add a line of code that performs an extra query, or an extra if statement to an online game like this one can REALLY pull alot of extra resources, that's why systems ALWAYS need to be tweaked after they are running, to solve performance issues like this one, but after 9 years this should NOT have to be done unless some programmer has been in the f*&^ing with [profanity] that he shouldn't be

Well the fact that they had to remake archers into casters because the archery coding was so fouled up pretty much shows that their coding is horrible and impossible to unravel.
