If you haven't watched the documentary "King of Kong: A Fistfull of Quarters", I highly recommend it, awesome documentary. Even my non-nerdy wife loved it.

The Dunning-Kruger effect is the most redundant theory ever produced. I have been talking alot about it aspecially in regards of gaming, but it doesnt really matter. It states in it self that "bads will be bads, because they think you're bad and refuse to receive feedback that will cure them of badness"


At any given time, regardless of skill, background or anything else: RESULTS count. Things have a tendency to balance inferior factors out.

There's also evidence that the smartest people are the most depressed because they have no illusions about their capabilities. The dumbest people are the happies because they have no clue how clueless they really are.
