for a seer, MAX DEX = WIN
if think u have enough pow with u TOYS, u NEVER PLAYED a seer, using POW TOY is only in extreme case, WHEN u use ur POWER TOYS u CANT use u other TOYS, is easy ... take it
if u think dont need dex mythirian cos u are frostalf, u can use other mythirian to great u template, like having more power pool, seer are they only classe cant max all stats/resists/withMUSTtoys template
and i dont care those RR12 in 9 years opinions, i prefer best seer player rr1 > any high rr seer

You obviously know nothing about dex breakpoints, but that's okay. Someone that's bad like you would have no idea what I'm even talking about.
Please continue to spec AD5 and be horrible. No water off my back. In fact, it just makes you and your group easier to kill.
By all means, continue whining about the damn sleeves on this board. It's clearly gotten a lot of results.

The last breakpoint achievable for 2.5 spells is 362 dex. Total fail, sir.

There might be one at 400+, but good luck hitting that.
I guarantee you that you will cast that demez at the same speed with 362 dex as 380. Try it. Go cast it for 30 seconds with both amounts of dex and tell me if there's a difference.
Actually, don't. Invest way more RA points than you need for dex and wear a dex myth as well so you can be even easier RPs.
