you must combine the sleeves and the greater power myth to cap out 25 manareg, so you can stand in a tower and spam spreadheal all day. alternative: l2p!

erm dont need to camp nothing and dont need 25 regen pow, like with just GPM is 15, is enough with 10 plus from pom so ...
10 from sleeves and 10 from pom is enough
and u can use dragon mythirians or other that u like
