The old icon files are no longer supported. They had individual sections for each level of a spell, such as the speed spell on that sheet you are using as an example. Today, ONE base icon is used, then a border and/or widget of the appropriate color for the level of the spell is applied to the base icon. This results in a lesser number of icon files.
You are going to need to find a border, widget, and icon style you like the most and place those into the Custom folder, using the method used in above posts.
I see. How tough is it to rip the borders off of the Icons I want? Why type of editing is that? XML?

I am not a coder, so I am not sure just how to MAKE a custom icon set. Having said that, the icons you are looking for (that are compatable versions!) are in the post above.

After new icons were introduced in 2007, Mythic made a final version of old icons for people who wanted to keep using them. Mythic called them "the new old icons." They were new because they work with the new UI system, but they are old because they look like the old ones.
This final version of old icons still works with the default UI in the current version of the game. I still use it myself. I don't know if it works with any particular custom UI.

The link for the old icons worked. But the .rar posted for Deridas is not working for me. Apparently had some sort of expiration date on it =\

Those look like Lexana's Icons to me. I included all three sets of Lex's icons in all the UIs hosted in my sig.

I had this same urge to use an old icon set like this a couple months ago. I found out that they no longer support various borders for different spells. Like the resists and speed spells shown in the picture you posted have different borders. Nowadays there is simply 1 universal border with the 5 different colors and widgets to signify if a spell is self, AE, etc..
If you can figure out how to use an old icon set like that let me know. Because I really miss icons like that example picture you posted.

I tried BobsUI. And he does not have the ones I am looking for. I am using the Icons from Larians post. They are very similiar to the ones I posted, but the just dont have the accents in all 4 corners of the borders, which is the "final touch" I wanted on my icons. I believe with the right type of coding\work, this can be done, I just have no idea how to do it!  I am still determined
