What is "Clear" Cast"? Do you mean Quick Cast?

A 1 sec cool down would mean you'd likely be able to cast while interrupted.

- A mail system would be very nice.
- The ui is not the greatest but players have learned to work with it. Making big changes to it seems very unlikely given DAOC's limited dev resources.
- New graphics engine won't happen for the same reason. The game looks decent enough. One of the advantages of an older game like DAOC is it can be played on almost any system. Upgrading to a new engine that requires state of the art video cards would just turn away potential players. DAOC can't afford to have what few new players it gets leave because their 5 year old video card can't handle a new graphics engine.
- DF works fine as is. Want access for your realm? Go take some towers.
- Add buff NPCs to the BGs already. That change surely can't be very difficult. Why the delay in putting it in?
- Undo the stupid BG template nerf. There already are level based caps on bonuses. Why did we need to have our templates invalidated and new templates made more difficult?
