I have no idea how you were able to train to 50/39/25 at all. Are you sure you remember your spec right?

A level 50 minstrel has 2223 spec point plus 77 autotrain points. That's just enough for 50/37/25.

You couldn't ever spec a minstrel to 50 instruments, 39 slash, 25 stealth. It's always been 50/37/25. The 77 points are the auto train points from instruments that are being wrongly displayed.

My 50 shade, who has the same autotrain as any other stealther, does not show this problem.

My 39 shade, who has the same autotrain as any other stealther, shows this problem but with 54 points, which would be correct for a 40th level shade and autotrain points, but not for a 39th level shade.

Which suggests strongly that your proposed answer is, at best, only a partial answer to the problem.

are you sure it's 54 *extra* points? it may be showing 54 points, but i bet you can put 1, 2, 3...maybe 10 points still into another line before you go over the cap. so you'd really have 40-something *extra* points (or whatever the autotrain value is at level 39).


i.e. i was showing 87 points on my scout (should be 77 at 50) but that was because of the way i'd spent my points I couldn't buy anything in the lines i wanted to since everything cost more than 10 spec points, however i could spend those 10 extra spec points into a line i didn't need any points in...so I saw 87 on the training window, but really i only had 77 *extra* points displaying.
