Armsman should be 50/50/31 pre-petch, Hero 50/50/28, Warriors 50/50/28. Not sure what class would be 50/50/18 pre-patch....

EDIT:
Okay, logged in a toon. went to trainer. He told me I had 54 more spec points than I had yesterday. But he wouldn't let me train them. He told me it required minimum level 40 (39th level toon) to use those points, no matter how I tried to spend them, even for skills specced to 1.

people say it gets bugged when you use a custom UI. try with mythic UI isntead.

I tried the default Ui and it is still bugged out.

There is a problem with the display of autotrain points. This shouldn't influence your spec, though. You simply have points which you can't spend.

To expand on what Kal said:

You get 77 points for autotraining (1-12 equals 77 points) and they are still being displayed even if they have actually been spent.

If you spec in a line other than an autotrained one (thrust on a pally for example instead of slash) then those 77 points will still show up when you've trained your final spec but you won't be able to spend them.

I don't understand why this problem is affecting my minstrel. If i try and go back to my spec prior to the patch (50 Inst 39 weapon 25 stealth) I get the message that the minimum level for this spec is lvl 51. If I spec my mini to a point where I remain at a min lvl of 50 then my spec becomes 50 inst 37weapon and 25 stealth with 77 points left over to spend. This doesnt make sense
