Kai has updated the Herald with news of a new patch..interesting stuff for assassins contained inside!

Greetings!
We will be bringing the Pendragon Public Test Server offline on Thursday, 04/07, in the afternoon for maintenance. During this maintenance we will be implementing the first test version of Patch 1.109. Pendragon will be brought offline at 2:00 PM EDT/20:00 CEST. At this time we anticipate that Pendragon will be back online no later than 5:30 PM EDT/23:30 CEST. Please be sure to check the Herald for updates regarding this downtime.
Highlights
* Players who fall through the floor/ground in RvR enabled zones will now take normal falling damage when they hit the ground, potentially killing them. PvE/RvR Death penalties apply and RPs will be awarded normally.
* In light of recent events in Japan we will be turning off all house rent.
* A new Quest completion icon has been added to the quest system. Any NPC having a quest you can complete with him will now display a blue knot above his head.
* All players who are wielding two weapons will now reduce their target?s chance to block or evade by 25%.
* Slam ? the stun duration has been reduced to 5 seconds for all classes except for Heroes, Armsmen, and Warriors.
* Quest rewards that you cannot use are now shaded red. Your selected item is now shaded a dark yellow. (UI Modifiers see engineering note below.)

Now half the Albion population is going to go down, because all the scouts are going to rage quit. I think the other slammable classes will still play, but I doubt they will have anything into shield, they will now learn to strafe-stun perfectly.
EDIT btw that falling dmg *fix*... is just a bunch of profanity. why should you die if you fall through a floor, because of some flawed programming. I dont get it. for instance, DF is the most common place to fall to your death. because if the fall doesnt kill you, all the diamonds you just fell in, will.

-There will be no enforcement of the usual Honour in Combat polices.
If you have an Honour in Combat issue with another player, you have PvP tools at youre disposal to take care of it.

It's because people exploit bugs in Nethuni (South) and Tegashirg by running and jumping through walls. I guess it's easier to fix that exploit than to fix floor cracks.

And still no freakin fix or change for the Enchanter. POS RR5 they gave us in last patch isn't even on my QBAR.
Skalds now have the potential to be CC Immune for 1.5 minutes. SOS5, RR5
Slam nerf was not needed. Side stun now has longer duration.
Bard RR5 change was a nice addition.
Thank you for the duel wield changes. Been a long time coming.
Now....fix my Enchanter !!!!!!!!!

so i guess im going to modify my reaver spec again
41 soul 44 flex 35? shield rest parry how much would that leave? im on a profanity netbook without charplanner!

Honestly having only 5 secs, actually roughly 4 by the time you even get to the side I wouldn't bother with the 44 style anymore.
Otherwise you have to spec 50 in shield and that will gimp the piss out of SR.
