I don't know how they picked these class balance changes (Shield slam, DW boost and Warlock) out of the many other classes and abilities that also seem to be unbalanced. But you know what, at least they did something. Mythic/EA could have just sat back, milked in whatever dollars they can continue to make with DAOC and let it go at that. But hell yes, I applaud them doing something to help remove some of the frustrations of the game. Hopefully this will be a good omen and a sign of some quality changes down the road.

Soo since Hibs have base line stun why are they the under populated realm? Oh and when is the last time a Hib can rememeber their stun lasting a full 9 sec?

lol, baseline stun. At least you can purge it or have a chance if you live through it. Air Theurg is much worse.
Only OP'd when you are solo and get jumped by a hib caster. Though, a lot of classes are F'd when a caster gets the jump.
Isn't even OP in siege unless you cannot root and ask a cleric/healer to stun that guy standing in the window.
