Um... when did NS magic become more powerful than archery? Oh wait, it hasn't.

Archery does better damage from farther away and depending on your flavor of archer (scout, hunter, ranger) you have some very interesting melee tricks to either help you run away or give the true melee stealth's (inf, ns, sb) a run for their money.
