Tried multiple times to reactivate my account, but EA Account manager is telling me "There is an error processing your request. Please click here to return to the homepage," after I click on the ACTIVATE button under DAOC's section.


Same thing happens on my bot account as well as my brother's account.


I called EA on memorial day as well as with a follow-up today, and they said that others cannot reactivate either and that they would escalate the issue to the trainers and call managers. Also that there is no ETA on a fix.


LOL.


What ever happened to the days where I could call Mythic support directly and they took care of every issue? The woman I talked to said she doesnt have any numbers for Mythic, cannot contact them, and never deals directly with them. To be honest how do I even know Mythic will GET this issue??

If you aren't opposed to starting fresh, just download the client and start a new account with a free trial. You'll be pleasantly surprised how easy they've made it to get back into the swing of things. I'm on a trial account with about 8 days left, and I'm 50 and about halfway done with my template.

You can also go the the EA store and buy one of the "time cards" that has the key sent to your email. I did that the other day when I got the same error as you and it worked.
