The stones for 150 scales are for armor, the 500 scale stone are for the weapon. I don't recall the exact name though. You will have to kill a green to a 50 mob for faction to get in there though, otherwise the guards will KoS you.

Anyone know what lvl you gotta be to get Dragon armor? Did quest and neutral but the Dragonslayer Journeyman wont give me a quest for the armor at 47.
