The money wouldnt be a problem. I think my old main account still has around 800p and i still have all my 30ish toons templated to sell that stuff.

Starting fresh implied to me that you would start with 0 coin. Otherwise you're just cheating.

HQ , the ideea is , check what ever class fits your needs , level it , play it in bg`s , take it to 50 ..
As in how to play check http://www.youtube.com/user/DAoCVideoVault and http://damaja.org/DAoC-Videos/Mordred/%5bDizzy%5d/ that should give you an ideea how the class is nowadays

I agree with you on the incentive to group. But I'm concerned it will be a "wow" like incentive. In other-words, this mob is uterrly unkillable without 2+ people, and you just snag a wondering noob or one other guy on the same quest, pound it out in 5min or less and then go your separate ways.

The most fun I had grouping in DAOC was back when there was hardly any quests and the only way to gain levels was to beat the crap outa stuff. So you had wondering groups of people who would just snatch up soloers by saying "hey dude, we are just gonna roam and beat the snot outa Vendo or Tomte for a while, want to join?" Now its open ended invitation and you actually socialize and have a good time with them instead of just bolting soon as the boss is dead because you have 100 other solo quests in your queue.

I personally have always hated the outright group invites I am always expecting a "do you want to join us?" before I even consider of doing anything else than pressing cancel

Edit: Oh and if you do the BG quests, you'll probably run into other people doing the same. And in groups it's even faster than solo... and not as boring.

I don't think I need a class guide I've at least had every class 50 at least once. I will probably end up grouping for the bg quests. I do want to get max rps in the bbs to. For sure molvik
