is it really that hard to goto EA new web store, create an account, order a game card.

goto the account center.

On the left, it says, NEW accounts for the EA Store.. On the RIGHT, it says Already have an EA account.

Put the same email in there, and the same password as you did, when you created the account on EA's store.

Now, link your DAoC game accounts to it, by adding them.. 1 at a time. Once you get all of them added, hit
continue!
It'll ask, are you sure.. answer yes or no.. If yes.. Then, you'll get a reply with showing your account
is now linked with each game account you have.

(linking game accounts to your EA master account, required the username and password you use to log into DAoC, War, or any other
game that EA has that requires you to log into, to play)

Once all accounts have been added to your EA master account, there's a TAB at the top of the page, showing which
account you are accessing. Select the account you wish to active/cancel, and then follow the normal steps.

Yep this is how it would be if it worked.
Right now, all 3 of my accounts, opened or closed I cannot access.

I had both issues last night myself. One of my accounts went down and when I went in to buy another month, the create new EA account page came up. It said it looked as if I already had an account, but did nothing when I tried to log in with it. Didnt tell me pw was bad or anything. When I tried to create a new account it told me account was already in use. Turns out the account was locked until I reset the password because of the bioware hack from a few weeks ago. I recieved an email to go change the pw, but had never got around to it. After I did that, I could log in normally. The account center also would not take a debit card of mine which had money on it. The account center took my traditional credit card fine, though. Did they stop taking debit cards for some reason?
