Can't perform transactions with a my credit card?

It says somthing along the lines of
We can't perform transactions to this credit card try a different one the card has money in it and i should be getting the 14 day trial anyways anyone know whats wrong or is it just down?

STFU and give a real answer. I am also having problems. I think it is because my address changed on my debit card, but I can't seem to change that. I am trying to call support ( joke? ) but have been on hold for what seems to be hours. Any suggestions? Not +1's

Stop trying to pay in the account center, and start buying Game Time cards.
Just goto EA's shop site, type Dark Age in the search box, and you'll find 1 3 and 6 month
time cards.
Buy those.. They send you a email with the code, or you can just copy and paste it from the transaction
invoice shown on the screen.
Then, log into the account center, and put the code in.
Super easy, and works!

That is the way I normally sub. However, when I try to log into the account center the page jumps to "New EA Account Setup
Please fill in the fields below to create a new EA account" rather than to my specific account page.

Yeah this is all screwed. My problem is when I try to access acount it says ... Error, There was an error processing your request. Then I try another rout and it tells me ... Access forbiden, Your IP address has ben Denied access .. wtf!
Now i suppose i have to call support which doesnèt have an 800 # and wait on hold for an hour till I get a hold of someone, thanks ass-clowns !

Lol. With this and the account management page broken so that people cannot resubscribe, it seems as though mythic WANTS this game to fail. Simply unbelievable.

No kidding, this is the first time I ever had to call support. No wonder the population keeps going down, almost makes me want to quit with that poor level of service.

I don't think Mythic actually WANTS the game to fail I think they just don't have any clue how to manage the game. I believe 10 years of bumbling around and destroying what was such an awesome foundation is proof of that.
The only word that comes to mind when I think of how Mythic has managed this game is NOOB.
