45-49.5: Cathal Valley. Kill near your own BG till 46 or 47.
Once you're 47, go to Mid side, to the Vendo camp. Kill vendos and ghouls, then run to the mid town and kill everyone.
Move back to vendos. Repeat.

Also, you can kill isalf/wolves/spiders on the knoll in front of MPK. Also, the other two camps, the Moss Creatures (forget what they're called) and the bloodletters (scorpions) are quick camps for some excellent camp bonus when you're done killing the townsfolk.

Did this on my newest ranger recently. Took about 6 hours from 45 to 49.9 where I xp offed, and I messed around killing albs/mids for a good chunk of that time (when I could find them).

Also made about 2.5p from drops, including kill task drops that could be used for xp.

but what when your trying to lvl a healer and got 0 dps

Go join scale farming groups in SI dungeon.

The ML7 dungeon, Sheerio Hills(EZ), DF, and for small groups of like 2-3 Coruscating Mines as long as it is not camped (early morning/late at night is best). Those are all places where you get XP and items you can use or sell. CM has a ton of salvage that drops. You can easily do 1-2 plat in an hour or so. Other grind spots...Wall Finns...POC...

I didn't see if you were solo, duo, or what. I know with a chanter/druid plus leveler you can do most of those areas with good success.

Do Healers still have that ridiculously rigged PvE proc.

I'll assume you're not talking a Healer (the lifetap proc is a long way from 0 dps), and are speaking more generically of healers...

Try something really novel - see if you can get a group. Or even a duo. Not everyone uses a bot, after all. Quite.
