If you only use one of them your attack speed will be slower than if you used both.

Haste and celerity are both haste spells. Celerity was added about 2 years after the game was released and was given a name other than haste to avoid confusing players.

Think of them simply as haste1 and haste2.

Think of it like an AF buff

Haste = base
Celerity = spec
