Now show me on the doll where the bonedancer and his pets touched you. Why did you only mention 2 mid classes but left out Necro, vamps, tic?
Yeah, he left out some other classes from other realms, but the bonedancer and warlock would be on my list if I could cut 2 classes per realm for a fresh server.
Other realms to be fair:
Alb- Theurgists and Necro
Hib- Vamp and Bainshee
this works for me.

I wish they would get rid of all the exploiters. But then again if they did the population would be at 100 primetime.

Wtb a dual-class server. I've done origins and I am sick of pve. I want to advance my char and a dual-class system sounds fun.

That's what champion levels were for.

I think its possible that an Origins server would be successful (but unlikely). It would require them to undo much of the current game and thus return the appeal of a PvE game of course. This would alienate most of the current playerbase and only have a chance at recovering the tens of thousands of people who left the game because it was headed in the current direction. So its unlikely that they would find the support to try it.
Current players would not like having to spend months leveling up a 50 or having to rely on a much simpler setup and equipment that doesn't cover your butt as much as the current game does. People with hundreds of plat in the bank would not want to start from scratch etc.
Giving us back Realm Pride by ensuring you can only play on one realm per server might help mind you. Eliminating the very OPd classes would help. Eliminating or marginalizing the effects of RAs would help (right now if you aren't at least RR5, good luck participating in RvR for the most part), but I doubt it would attract enough people to justify all the effort required.
Now an origins server that was also F2P would likely work nicely, however there is then the problem of how they make money - and that usually means you need to buy equipment etc, and that would drive just as many people away as it attracted.

buying MLs now with Bps and glass and eliminating all ML xp is HUGE, allowing BP items / ML items / encounters / scrolls / infernal sleeves / etc. to be tradeable is HUGE, creating currencies for all the best items in the game except for the absolute best master level items dropped from Draco which is free for all pvp is HUUUUUGE, making quests for the bgs where you level very quickly and get aurulite as a reward to buy gear to lvl is HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGGEEEEEEEEEEE.
these are some of the biggest reasons daoc is failing so much...
people need goals, objectives, and something to do that is challenging not brain dead easy....
99% of the MMO market place couldnt give a tos about PvP and want decent and challenging PvE content...
nerfing the PvE into useless and boring solo grind is not how you attract subscribers...
now the FPS market is all about PvP and well... they prefer guns not spells and swords
fans of fantasy role playing games, wich MMOs are... want adventure, and dungeon crawls... aka raids... long raids... the typical MMO player are those that used to sit for 8 hrs playing DnD ... they dont want a flash in the pan quicky raid... they want EPICNESS, large scale battles terrible beasties...
daoc has turned away from that... and population has plummeted...

You are preaching to the deaf here. The majority of people who read these boards and who currently play the game do not recognize that PvE is the most important gameplay style for the success of an MMO. They want it all now, all easy, all free, so they can go pwn now. Then they get bored and leave...

I've read someplace here on VN from a Mythic employee years ago that if the same feedback is copied/pasted over and over it gets ignored.
Might want to mix it up a bit or reword it.
