How does 10% magic damage and 10% spell pierce add up to 23% more damage in poisons?
Hey genius, how about this, Point blank is a 3 sec spell and so is the nightshade nuke.

That bump is out there. It can't be bargained with. It can't be reasoned with.
It doesn't feel pity, or remorse, or fear.
And it absolutely will not stop, ever, until this bug is fixed.

If you look at the Pendragon patch files in a file editor that has hex to ascii mode you can see the following
Augmented chance of devs fixing legendary bows they broke in Dec 2009 and are investigating solutions on how to fix apparently. (Or Aug fatfuckingchance for short)

I did a template for my ranger, made cold and heat leggy bows and piercers. They don't seem to work. I was shooting a scout with a cold leggy for 250, it proc'd twice while shooting him and the damage stayed 250. I don't know if it's debuffing properly and then my piercers do more damage though. Really that's what I want the most, but I need to do as much damage as possible with my bow 1st and have it do more after they are debuffed. That's the point of a leggy. And they are a pain to make

if heat procs: use galvornes.

why dont you bring back arrow evading too while you're at it mythic, i know they're spells but its still an arrow and some classes only defense is evade.
